Glitterpaws Studs and Queens
Here's a few of our lineup, some of these cats live at my house but we cooperate with several other breeders in our area to achieve diversity in our lines and get the best combinations possible. This has resulted in success at local and national cat shows. (We call ourselves "The Burmese Cartel" ! ).

Millrock Harvest Gold
"Harvey"
Millrock Harvest Gold, bred by Chris Knowles, affectionately known as Harvey, is a stunning cream Burmese and has achieved "Silver Double Grand Champion" status with NZCF. Harvey has an old-fashioned Burmese type with a mild nose break and longer wedge. However Harvey’s smooth coat and exceptional coat colour, prized for its barring-free appearance, have earned him multiple "Breeders Awards of Merit." He constantly wins temperament awards for smooching the judges. Harvey sires beautiful healthy kittens that grow into loving, well-adjusted pets, making him an invaluable part of our family.
Bahati Georgio Armani
"Georgio"
Bahati Georgio Armani (Imp Australia), owned by Vicki Paterson, plays a pivotal role in the Glitterpaws breeding program. We feel very privileged to be able to use him. This exceptional cat has achieved Sapphire Double Grand Champion status in 2024 and was awarded 3rd place in New Zealand Entire Cats in 2024, following a 6th place finish in 2023. He sires wonderful kittens, many of which have achieved significant success in the show ring in New Zealand. Bahati cats are performing exceptionally well in the show ring in Australia so we are thrilled to be able to share in this lineage.
Caristona Manu
"Manu"
Caristona Manu is owned by Nikki Growcott of Soxndots Burmese and was bred by Christine and Mushfik Yeung and is currently part of the Glitterpaws breeding program. Manu is a Chocolate Burmese with an extremely affectionate nature and comes from strong Burmese lines with Australian prefixes such as Leewood and Miamber in his parentage. Millrock Vintage Denim
"Tyson"
Millrock Vintage Denim (Tyson), a Blue Burmese bred by Chris Knowles from Motueka, is a vasectomised stud. In the past, he was used to sire some litters, but now spaces pregnancies for our breeding queens by inducing a "false pregnancy" which is a natural way to maintain the health of our queens. Tyson also keeps owners sane (if you've ever lived with a calling Burmese you'll know what we mean!). Tyson is very busy working for several Burmese breeders in the district.
Glitterpaws The Great Gatsby
"Gatsby"
Gatsby, a Lilac Burmese, is our new stud for a short time only. He will replace Tyson above as our new vasectomised male in 2025. Gatsby's parents are Glitterpaws J'Aime Claude and Millrock Harvest Gold. Gatsby has an amazing gentle personality and will make a great stud. We've used him a few times before we vasectomise him because its not an opportunity to miss! (we're excitedly waiting for the first litter!).

Glitterpaws Angelica Pickles
"Angelica"
In 2024, Glitterpaws Angelica Pickles (left) achieved 4th place in New Zealand Entire Cats and earned the title of Bronze Double Grand Champion with New Zealand Cat Fancy. Her parents are Glitterpaws Arabella and Bahati Georgio Armani. Angelica has a reputation for being "naughty but nice" - in true Burmese style she can pack some naughtiness with a lot of affection! We're looking forward to seeing what she produces in her first litter!
Glitterpaws J'Aime Claude
"Claude"
Claude (left) is a blue Burmese and her parents are Glitterpaws J'Adore Paris and Bahati Georgio Armani. Claude has a reputation for very large healthy litters that are well loved pets. Claude will jump on your back and give your head and pony tail a bit of affection given half the chance! She doesn't like to be ignored and will give you a nibble to make sure you continue to pat her.
Glitterpaws Little Brown Dress
"Mini"
Mini (Left) is a chocolate Mandalay and her parents are Soxndots Mocha Choca Desire and Bahati Georgio Armani. Mini won Best in Show, Entire Kittens at the NZCF National Show in Wellington in 2023.
Soxndots Affogato Jazz It Up
"Jazz"
Jazz is a seal Burmese gifted to us by Nikki Growcott from Soxndots Burmese. Her parents are Soxndots Tiny Dancer (Silver Double Grand Champion) and Sashima Ruff N Tumble (Silver Double Grand Champion). Jazz is just like her mother, the most adorable, affectionate Burmese you'll ever see.
Glitterpaws Far Side of the Moon
"Juliette"
Juliette is a seal burmese from Glitterpaws Cocosplash Penelope and Bahati Georgio Armani. She's a fun loving, smoochy escape artist. True to form she has the most beautiful personality from both her parents and we're looking forward to seeing what she'll produce in 2025.
Glitterpaws Queen Elizabeth "Lizzie"
Lizzie is a lilac Burmese from Glitterpaws Cocosplash Penelope and Sashima Ruff 'n Tumble. Lizzie has the most beautiful personality from both her parents and always has really healthy happy babies that make great pets.

"Penelope"
Penelope is a chocolate Burmese from Millrock Bronte Breeze and Aurora Burberry Dream (Imp Australia). Penelope always has large healthy litters. At one point I said "she's the nicest cat I've ever had" but I've had so many nice cats and kittens I can't keep track now!
Penelope will be retired from breeding and will be available to a lucky family.
Myasanda Cleopatra
"Megsie"
We're very lucky to add Myasanda Cleopatra (Megsie) from Vicki Paterson to the Glitterpaws breeding programme. Megs is an Ebony Tortie Mandalay and as you can probably agree has the most gorgeous tortie markings. She also has a delightful personality so will make lovely kittens.
